In this difficult time, the state of Azerbaijan needs such a highly experienced and wise leader. Now Azerbaijan reminds us of Germany that emerged from the Second World War, and President Heydar Aliyev reminds us of Chancellor Adenauer. If internal and external forces do not interfere with President Heydar Aliyev, if they allow him to function, the current stage of Azerbaijan’s development may go down in its history as the beginning of a revival period – your country will come out of the war with an honorable peace.
