Under the leadership of Heydar Aliyev, the Republic of Azerbaijan has achieved broad international recognition. Undoubtedly, Heydar Aliyev’s efforts, extensive knowledge, and rich life experience form the basis of such recognition in the international arena. Through Heydar Aliyev’s tireless work, stability and security have been established and preserved in the South Caucasus region, economic and cultural relations have been restored and revitalized, contracts have been signed, and investments have been attracted.
