Heydar Aliyev will remain in our memory as a worthy son of the Azerbaijani people, who devoted his whole life to the development and prosperity of his country. Democratic transformations in Azerbaijan over the past ten years are associated with his name, and he is rightfully considered the architect of modern Azerbaijan. Heydar Aliyev is known as a brilliant politician who enjoys great influence and respect outside his country and in the international world. We are deeply saddened by the death of a great friend of the Bulgarian people.
