I do not know a second person who would love Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani people as much as Heydar Aliyev. Heydar Aliyev was a person capable of solving many complex issues and achieving goals. It is difficult to enumerate and evaluate how much good this man did for our people. He was always attentive towards the requests of ordinary citizens. Books should be written about him, because it is impossible to reveal the scale of the work done by Heydar Aliyev only in speeches. We need such people. It is a great pain that he is no longer among us.
