Using his example, we can learn to link the interests of the nation and the state with economic policy and integration processes throughout the region covered by GUAM. The implementation of global interstate projects initiated by Heydar Aliyev, such as Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and the Great Silk Road, will give momentum to the economies of our countries and change the lives of our peoples.
