I am also personally acquainted with the national leader of Azerbaijan, the great politician and outstanding statesman Heydar Aliyev. Of course, he is the patriarch of world politics. Everyone knows how much he has done for his native people and his country. He is truly the father of the nation.

I was pleased to take part in the presentation ceremony of the book “He is ready for big politics” held on May 12, in Kiev about the life and work of Ilham Aliyev, with whom I worked in PACE.
