Heydar Aliyev created attractive economic conditions capable of leading all his people to a prosperous life. That is why future generations will never forget the unprecedented merits of Heydar Aliyev.

The implementation of oil contracts clearly proves that under the leadership of President Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijan is a country that respects both domestic and international laws. This image, to which President Heydar Aliyev made a great contribution, increased the interest of foreign investors in Azerbaijan and in all spheres of its economy.
