On my own behalf and on behalf of the International Union of Lawyers and the Association of Lawyers of Russia, which unite lawyers from Russia and foreign countries, I express my condolences on the irreparable loss to the people of Azerbaijan – the death of Heydar Aliyev, a prominent political figure known throughout the world. The unforgettable impression that I received from meetings and conversations with Heydar Aliyev in Moscow and Baku will forever remain in my memory.
