I was deeply saddened by the death of Heydar Alirza oglu Aliyev, whom I greatly respect and admire. A prominent politician, a great man, and patriot, a worthy son of the Azerbaijani people, has passed away. He lived a long life worthy of respect and admiration, and with his good deeds, he wrote many bright pages in the history of his native republic. Heydar Alirza oglu was not indifferent to the fate of Azerbaijan and his people until the last days of his life. His bright name, and those great deeds that he did for the good of his country, will forever remain in the memory of his people.
