I am firmly convinced that the Republic of Azerbaijan will confidently follow the path of development and progress thanks to the wise leadership and rich experience of Heydar Aliyev, and the strong support of the people.

The policy pursued by President Heydar Aliyev is the proper policy and he opened the right path for his people. I am sure that this path will soon lead to the solution of all the problems of Azerbaijan.
