Back in 1969, many members of the International Staff Academy were impressed by the political wisdom and statesmanship that you demonstrated when you led Azerbaijan and sent the first 50 young people to study abroad. However, after a short period of time, 800-900 young Azerbaijanis were sent every year. Indeed, you managed to organize a new international university at the national level, which means that Azerbaijan deserves another higher school – a school that embodies the best traditions of the Eurasian region.
