Heydar Aliyev is a person who is connected with the people with his whole being. Independence is a prerequisite for the progress of any nation. Fortunately, today Azerbaijan is independent and conditions have been created for the development of our people. True, in the first years of independence, chaos reigned in the country, there was no stability, all kinds of illegal armed formations were operating.

Fortunately, Heydar Aliyev returned to power. I see in him the salvation of the people. Heydar Aliyev is a great school. Such individuals are rare in history. I say this not because I have a special sympathy for Heydar Aliyev. Since he came to power, chaos has been replaced by stability. People live peacefully. However, a few years ago we were afraid of going out not only at night but also during the day. I believe that there is no such stability even in London.

Azerbaijan, which no one knew about at that time, occupies a special place in the international world thanks to the successful foreign policy of Heydar Aliyev. As a result of such a consistent policy, the insidious propaganda against us is unsuccesful.
