I have never seen any person in my life with such a strong memory as yours. Even before the 20^th century, Azerbaijan witnessed foundation of its first theater, publication of its first newspaper, and we borrowed the Latin alphabet for the first time from Azerbaijanis. In the entire Turkic and Islamic world, ideas about a republic, about democracy for the first time emerged in Azerbaijan. In the Islamic world, for the first time under your leadership, the death penalty has been abolished in Azerbaijan.
